We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion.

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with platform security or availability.
• Reverse engineer or copy our software except where permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload to the platform.

By uploading content, you grant Kkgevara a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process your content.

Kkgevara uses artificial intelligence and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to analyze invoices, receipts, and financial documents in order to provide automation features.

Although we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may occasionally require human review and verification.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay applicable subscription fees.
• Provide valid payment information.
• Pay any applicable taxes or government charges.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.

The Kkgevara platform, website, software, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related materials are owned by Kkgevara or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Our platform may integrate with third-party software and services, including accounting systems, ERP platforms, cloud storage providers, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect customer information. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and maintaining appropriate internal security practices.

While we aim to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kkgevara disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kkgevara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, where permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kkgevara, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the platform.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.
• Your uploaded content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Your activities pose a security or operational risk.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

You may discontinue using the services at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, replace, or discontinue any part of the platform or services without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Siliguri, West Bengal, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
